Automatic credit restoration
If a visualization fails or is rejected by safety moderation, the reserved credit is restored to your wallet automatically. You are never charged a credit for a generation that did not complete.
Purchase refunds
Unused credit bundles may be refundable upon request within a reasonable period after purchase, subject to review for abuse. Credits already spent on completed generations are generally not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Expiration
Purchased credits do not expire unless required by applicable law. Promotional credits may carry stated expiration terms.
