What you can delete yourself

• •Individual uploaded photos and generated visualizations, from your dashboard.
• •Journal entries and forum posts you authored.
• •Your entire account, including associated images.

What happens when you delete

Deleted images are removed from normal access immediately, with storage object deletion following promptly on a documented schedule. Minimal non-image billing and audit records may be retained where legally required. Public posts you delete are removed from public view; moderation and safety records may be retained.

Requesting deletion

If you cannot access your account, contact us from your registered email address and we will verify and process the deletion request.
